Extremely rare ambrotype from the 707 Broadway Studio of Jeremiah Gurney & Son (Benjamin) c 1858-1860.
This mother appears to be posing with 2 sets of twin daughters. This ambrotype was purchased without a cover glass. Miraculously the image was not damaged beyond what is shown here.
